What happens after the conversation?
Billy closes the session only after your summary is shown and confirmed. Then your confirmed wishes are saved to your profile and Verida starts preparing your matches. You will be notified when your shortlist is ready.
Simple rule
If it matters to you, tell Billy. Views, parking, storage, schools, restaurants, quiet streets, investment goals or family needs can all change which property is right.
Speak or type your answers
Use the microphone when it feels easier to talk, or type your answer in the chat box. Short answers are fine, but details help Billy understand you better.
Use photos and quick options
Sometimes Billy will show property photos, view styles or clickable options. Choose the images or buttons that feel closest to what you want.
Pause when you need a moment
You can pause the conversation at any time and continue when you are ready. Your search should feel calm, not rushed.
Review and confirm your summary
At the end, Billy shows a summary of your wishes. Check it carefully. If something is missing or wrong, ask Billy to change it before you confirm.
